The Consortium sets up a Council consisting of the heads of each of the member universities. The Council meets at times and in a manner determined by the Secretariat.
The Council is responsible for approving the entry of new members and choosing the members of the Executive Council.
At present, there are 67 member universities worldwide. We continue to expand our international network for more intensive cooperations and welcome new members.
